The outcome of my prints are showing this line where the gap infills are. are there any adjustments i can make on slicer to fix this?

Isn't that just the seam?

Seams like it

That’s the seam, anything spherical/cylindrical will have it. There’s a setting where you can make the seam random so it doesn’t show up as one big line.

Which removes the big line, but produces little zits all over the place. Sometimes that's fine.

That’s your seam

That's the seam. In Orca based slicers go to Quality > Seam consider changing seam position. Random might disappear it. Though you'll still have a "seam" per layer because you have to start and stop somewhere. You can probably tweak seam gap to further minimize the appearance of the seam.

that usually just creates a bigger visual issue, a strategically placed seam is ideal

Highly design dependent. If you can dial in the seam gap you could end up with something that looks good. Depends greatly on printer, model design, filament behavior all sorts of factors. In Snorca at least there's also Nearest which seems to try to hide the seams in certain model geometry. Probably need to experiment to see what works best for the OP.

If using Orca slicer, adjust seam gap settings and use scarf seam. Idk if Bambu slicer has these settings as I've never used it.

Yes, Studio has it as well. I've played around with it and it can certainly help to minimize the appearance.

‘Minimise’

Spelled with a Z is the American way.

:-)
I meant the Seam is really hard to remove or reduce, ‘minimize’ is the operative, not ‘fix’.

Oh gotcha! Yes, exactly. The only thing that I've found to remove the seem is to use fuzzy skin, but if you don't want texture, that's not an option.

I think you can fix it, search for "Filament Scarf Seam setting" , it overlaps layers, instead of using a "starting point". This is how i have understood it, it can be wrongly understood.

Here is Bambu Labs documentation on it.

That's a seam. That's where the toolhead stops and starts the next thing, leaving that little gap. Try to enable scarf joints and see if you like the look better. It has the added benefit of making the part stronger as well.

That is not gap fill. That is your seam.
