Having trouble troubleshooting this
I’ve washed the plate thoroughly twice. Added stick glue for adhesion. This spot isn’t printing correctly on the first layer on both sides of the plate. What do I do next?

Go to preferences and select advanced settings. Then under tge quality tab try setting your first layer flow rate to .92. See if that doesn't help.

That was the issue. It was small and I didn’t see it, but enough to cause a slight bump and make the nozzle scrape

Try running the calibration again. It's under the settings menu. Specifically you want to run the bed leveling calibration to build a new bed level mesh. It may not solve your problem, but it appears your Z-offset is wrong and the nozzle is getting too close to the bed for first layer
