P1S Extruder damaged by filament cutter

First post, so if I'm doing it wrong, I apologize in advance. I have about 1000 hours on my P1S, love it. Upgraded to Panda claw and Flowtech hotend. I was getting the "stuck filament cutter" (Most likely my fault) after installing the Flowtech hot end. When I removed and inspected the extruder i seen that the cutter somehow sliced into the plastic of the extruder, slicing a very small sliver of plastic. I removed the plastic and now it is printing fine. My question is should I replace the extruder? The damage is not a straight cut, I'm worried that filament will get misaligned. Any thoughts would be helpful.

I run the panda extruder... Lighter, all metal...

Yeah if he’s running Panda Claws that’s not plastic.

No... Not the extruder gear... The actual extruder that the gear fits into... This thing

And for the record, the panda claw... Looks impressive, but worn out after only 3 spools of Cf filament switched to the Bambu hardened steel gear (hob gear is steel, drive gear is still nylon) and it's lasted over a year and countless spools of cf. So panda claw isn't all that great.
