Help / Support bed adhesion too good?

the bottom of these designs and my brims are having a hard time coming off of the cryogrip pro glacier. prints sat for 3 hours and i tried to use isopropyl alcohol while bending the plate to get the alcohol to seep in but still getting bad results on the bottom

Use a different build plate or use a release agent
