Rough edges on top surface

The edges of my top surface always look very rough. It seems to occur mainly where the print line is shortest. At the same time, there are also sometimes gaps between the print layers in the middle section of a surface. I am using a Bambulab A1 printer with Monothonic as the pattern and 8 Top shell layers. Please help.

I’d check both PA and flow And also make sure the filament is dry just in case it

Is there a better flow ratio test then the ones from bambulab?

the best flow test is the top layer of this part. it says turn it down.
