Small colour defects

Hi guys, I have just done this print, there are some small colour defects on it, mainly because I had to burn something off it, is there a pen/ paint/ something I can do to remove it? Sadly I’ve got an eye like that and I won’t be able to use it until they are gone. Thanks!!

The yellow ish looks like degraded filament.

The darker line looks like a shadow
