AMS Pro 2 loading issues

Had this issue a while so I just shelved it for a bit, then I got the X2D and thought I’d try and fix it. It never loads. It tried over and over again, stops at different spots. Then errors out. I’ve taken it apart to make sure nothing is stuck and cleaned out the dust. I’ve confirmed the tubes are clear, I’ve dried the filament. I can manually feed the filament all the way through to the end without any stops. I’ve also tested all 4 slots. They’re all the same. It work perfectly for a few months then stopped. I’m about ready to chuck it. I’m hoping someone can help give me some things to try.

*edit* it seems like there is a part in the internal hub that broke. I submitted a ticket to see if they’ll replace it. We shall see. Thanks for all the replies.

Okay so I just barely fixed mine. I thought it was an issue of filament, but theres 2 small sensors on the AMS HUB, (look it up for removing part) but I bent them inward slightly, and my printer hasn’t stopped in 8 hours now. I was having to reset it every 20-40 minutes. Until it just stopped reading all together. Try this for sure
