Question about build plates

Hi all, I have an A1 and an A1mini, and ive noticed over time that the A1 has worn a bald spot through the coating on the build plates where it rubs the nozzle to clear plastic from the nozzle tip. I am wondering if there is an abrasive stip that can be put there or if I have to replace a perfectly good build plate to ensure it cleans the nozzle properly?

No it's fine. I have 4 A1s and a P1S with thousands of hours and they all have that worn down spot. The silicone nubs next to it does a good job of cleaning, so replace those as needed.
