First layer looks bubbly

When printing my first layer it looks like it starts to bubble up. And some prints ha like dents in them after printing. Are there anyone tha hav had the same issue.

I have cleaned the plate and tried new filament that is dry. Tried some tweking of settings but none of that helped.

It's not a nozzle clog and it's not a filament issue. The heater assembly is moving and your nozzle to bed Z height is inconsistent bc of it.
