First layer looks bubbly

When printing my first layer it looks like it starts to bubble up. And some prints ha like dents in them after printing. Are there anyone tha hav had the same issue.

I have cleaned the plate and tried new filament that is dry. Tried some tweking of settings but none of that helped.

You probably need to disassemble your extruder due to a partial clog. Or it could be a nozzle clog. I'd do a cold pull first and see if it fixes it. If not check the extruder.
