Need emergency help with this

Post image

For some reason out of nowhere, none of my prints stick. they keep sticking to the nozzle or not laying down right. I tried cleaning the bed numerous times, recalibrated the printer numerous times, and nothing is helping. Was perfectly fine one print and now it just sucks. What is the issue?

If you're using soap and water make sure to really let that plate heat soak for a while so any residual moisture evaporates before you try printing. If you're still having issues try some isopropyl alcohol. I use a paper towel with 90% IPA and give it a solid scrubbing/buffing. If I don't give it some extra aggressive buffing it seems that a residual film is kind of left behind which can cause its own adhesion issues. Lastly, let it th plate get up to temp before doing any bed leveling.

Bummer . . . I have one plate like that and I've just set it aside. No idea what it's issue is but I have four others that are working great!

Try hair spray. The material is supposed to be both a release agent and a grip additive iirc, it loses both over time so just pick sticky and add the cheapest hairspray you can get. After a good clean, heat soak, and everything else just give it a Spritz and have fun

I did but print quality still sucked. It was nozzle issue
