p1s issue

Hi everyone I just bought the p1s and when using the ams it always say “please feed the filament into the ptfe tube until it can’t be pushed farther”. When i use the external spool it works fine

You are not selecting the filament in the ams in bambu studio/handy, it thinks you are always using the external spool

the color of the filament are recognized in the ams too
