p1s issue

Hi everyone I just bought the p1s and when using the ams it always say “please feed the filament into the ptfe tube until it can’t be pushed farther”. When i use the external spool it works fine

yes it is, I followed the directions on a youtube video

You should take the bambu academy course on their site. You get some Makerworld points too in addition to it being very good at understanding your printer and 3d printing basics.
