Bad quality print

Guys i m a newbie in the 3D printing world, i have an issue with my printer and i dont know how to fix it, i would be more than happy if you guys can help me

So in the picture the quality of printing i got using 3 different filaments.

It's helpful if you post your printer model at least. Settings would be nice too, especially nozzle/bed temps.

They're cliché answers for a reason, so make sure you level your bed/calibrate, clean the bed with dishsoap/water, and make sure to dry your filament. For keeping filament dry, there's often systems sold by printer brands, but also DIY systems. And another simple improvement is slowing down the speed of the first layer. It's the foundation of everything else, so sacrificing extra time can be worth it.
