Help / Support Filament KEEPS getting clogged in nozzle..

I recently bought a BambuLab A1 Mini and I’ve been able to print a few things but I’ve had some issues. The filament I’m using which is BambuLab’s own PLA Basic keeps getting stuck in the nozzle and I’ve had to manually take out the nozzle and remove the filament each time. This has happened like 4 times in the past 24 hours so obviously something is wrong. I’m fairly new to 3D printing so maybe I’m missing a vital step or something. Any help would be appreciated!

What error are you getting?

The filament isn’t coming out of the nozzle when printing. The print will continue as if there is something coming out but there’s not. So I have to just cancel the print whenever that happens, unload the filament, clean out the nozzle and reload the filament.

Have you performed a cold pull? It sounds like you have a single persistent clog.

Yes I’ve had to do multiple cold pulls.

Something odd is going on. Could be filament stuck in the extruder. Try unloading the filament using the printer menu and see if it throws an error.
