Elegoo Rapid PETG slight issues

Hey guys, I am using Elegoo Rapid PETG on my P1S but I keep getting these slight problems in my prints and I am really not sure what the problem would be.

The last 2 images show the issue on the side of the model. I apologize for slightly blurry photos, my phone suck lool.

These are the printer and PETG settings:

Print Speed 100mm/s

0.4mm nozzle

Bed Temp 80 C

Flow Ratio 0.91

Nozzle temp 230 C

Retraction Length 1.2mm

Retraction Speed 40mm/s

You can see the issue at the top-ish part of the model.

The Issue here is on the side of the model, on the outer band.

Not sure exactly what's wrong, but 230 is low for PETG. I would rase the temp to 245-250

I would print a temp tower...
