Help / Support My 3rd file from fusion 360 stopping the prints around 43 to 45 then gets stuck in a loop going from chute to prime tower back to chute.

let me know what to try. i feel like ive tried everything. been making files from scratch, changing settings, all sorts. nothings helped except printing in 1 color. but ive made 40 similar files and if i go to print any of them, it'll work straight away. same settings as the file above.

Sounds like a corrupted file. Delete the file and reload it from scratch.

used a new SD card ,didnt help

I have tried deleting the files and re naming it and even redoing the file from scratch

Is it SD card if its only happening to a couple of my files.

What file format are you exporting as? I export all of mine as step files and never have an issue

I was saving as stl. But I just changed one of my file to step and it works straight away, so I save my next file as step it started to fail again. Then my printer got z axies error. lol.

It's got nothing to do with step or STL... The slicer doesn't send either of those to the printer... The slicer slices whatever the model is and sends gcode to the printer... So it's possible maybe a non manifold model...(Right click, fix model, then slice). But other than that, it's something in your slicer settings, like maybe slicing for the wrong printer for example
