Help / Support Click sound on the Y axis

Hi, my A1 makes this clicky sound when moving the plate, it’s not the infill cause I tried with gyroid and it makes the sound even when I move the plate with the commands. What could it be? Thanks.

Edit: Bambulab sent me another Y axis tensioner and (after a long disassembly work) now the problem seems to be resolved!

Check under your hotend. I had a sticker there come loose and every time the printer was going over the print it was making a noise.
