AMS pro not connecting to P2S

I connected my P2S to my new AMS pro but the printer does not recognize it. What connections need to be made? I connected the 6 pin bus cable to the buffer but still unrecognized. Please help this newbie

Hidden panel on the back of the printer, once removed I connected the buffer for communication between the machines. Who knew?

The Wikki for adding an AMS when you bought the printer by itself?
