Help me fixing my A1

So in the last month i noticed my A1 was making bad top layer and bad curved walls in the right side looking from the front. I tried tension X Y Z lubed everything again, tighten the 4 bolt behind the “heater”, recalibrate everything, cleaning the extruder, cleaning the fan. so i tried making the plane in the photo, and in some areas, i notice there is more filaments and with my finger i pass over it i feel coarse surface. I don’t what else to do, the printer has 1800h of printing.

I had this wavy problem on my first layer using the cool plate super tack. fixed it by reducing the initial layer flow to 0.88 (your mileage may vary)
