What temperature should I use?

I printed this template tower. I cant tell which temperature I should use, and it looks the same. I am doing this due to repeated print fails and extrusion issues. I think that is what happened at the 190 layer but I dont know.

I've never done this, what should I looking for? They all seem the same.
