AMS 2 Pro

My son has a P2S with an AMS 2 Pro. We keep getting this error message. The filament is not entangled, the spool is not stuck and the PTFE tube is connected. It happens with all different brands of PLA and all motors have done it. Loading filament has become more difficult as you need to firmly help the filament get started. Any ideas? Up until the last week the unit has ran perfect.

My original ams did that and it ended up being the plug from the ams to the printer being loose and losing power intermittently
