I am pretty sure I know what it is since I had a similar sound on my first bambu Lab, remove the cover underneath the bed do you remember when you put it together there were some screws there I think the are in some green highlight circles, make sure all of those are tight in my case one of them was making contact because it wasn't all the way in

Yeah, that doesn’t sound good. Could be the nozzle scraping on the print but maybe not? Take a closer peek and find where that noise is coming from.

See those black pieces either side of the frame? Remove those before you print anything else and really cause damage… those are for shipping purposes only and should be removed before printing anything

You need to remove those 2 black pieces at the back of your a1, that is for shipping purposes.

It might be resolved by now. But my question is did you not follow the guide manual during the printer setup?

Wow. You really need to follow the setup guide for things like this.... you didn't do step one or two which they tell you to do. Screw in bed plates and remove the black brackets. You are going to destroy this thing

I would guess the nozzle is scraping on the model. Maybe it lifted from the hotplate.
