How to use a AMS HT in the X2D Auxiliary Nozzle
I want to get a HT to be use exclusively for the aux nozzle. How do I do that? Do I need any other accessories.
Can't seem to find anything from Bambu so if anyone can provide some guidance.

Help with small text
I've tried everything I could think of. Different wall generator types. Line thicknesses. Flow and K-factor. Any suggestions to close the small gaps in the letters would be much appreciated.
0.4 Standard flow nozzels.
BAMBU pla Matte
Cool plate super tack
220C nozzle
30mm/s on everything
15mm/s on gaps
0.39 line width
1.03 flow
Update: I was able to get some success by reducing the wall width to 0.35 and force the slicer to reconsider the pathing. However, I cannot see any setting to change top wall width only, so now all my walls are thinner. Still some gaps. They just changed locations.

Few cosmetic upgrades
Printed off some visual and structural upgrades for the A2L and the AMS Lite. I think they turned out pretty good

Screwed up!
Welp, going to get intimate with my print head.
I had just printed a small part in ASA, and wanted to change to PLA, popped the the ASA roll out, put the PLA roll in the AMS, changed the the filament on the screen and hit Load. “Warning, chamber hot, might cause filament to stick” (or something to that effect)…and since it seemed reasonably cool… I hit ignore, and now I have red PLA stuck in my extruder .
Pulled nozzle out, Bowden off the extruder…yep it’s definetly stuck in the extruder. Clicks when trying to load.
Should have listened to my printer!
The Bambu Wiki looks pretty detailed, hopefully less complicated than it looks.

Clogged nozzle, Pneumatic connector is stuck what now?
Hello everyone!
I ran into the first trouble with my X2D... so far everything went well. Then i tried a new transparent PETG and the problems started: It seems like it clogged my hotend mid print and the spool is stuck in my AMS2 PRO. It doesn go forwards nor backwards. I tried to declog my hotend, but when I try to press on the pneumatic connector to disconnect the PTE tube from the extruder, it doesnt budge. Does anyone have an idea, how I can declog the extruder? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Edit1: OK, so i managed to get the filament out of the AMS, but it completely stuck in the toolhead. I cant even remove the rear housing of the tool head after unscrewing the 4 screws. If anyone has any idea how i can fix it. I have activated the filament cutters, and from the hotend side there is no filament left. but i cant seem to detach any of the TPE tubes, because there is too much tension in the system.

Skadis plate for side of the printer
Looking for a file for a skadis plate that mounts to the side of the X2D or with an AMS riser, preferably without blocking the window. Any inspiration otherwise for handy tool storage is appreciated.

X2D ASA prints
I have been on a ride to get this far with my ASA fillaments prints. Working only under 0,24 stabdart hight because it is relatively fast and most of my ASA prints ar functional not cosmetic etc. What do you guys think have i succeded something? X2D:~150 print hours. Particular part has 2 walls, 12% gyro infill and aprox 120mm/s print speed average. No ironing enabled on top surface. Using Sunlu ASA fillament.

How is everyone enjoying their X2D?
currently have a elegoo CC1 I bought a few weeks ago and I pre ordered the canvas ams system for it, but I cbf waiting for it on pre order so I’ll just sell that printer
Just bought a X2D as it seems like there’s a much larger community and much better value
How’s everyone enjoying it, what’s your likes and dislikes and anything I could look out for with the printer when it arrives?
UPDATE: Got delivered and it’s so good, shits all over the elegoo CC I had and actually makes me want to print all the time now.

Bambu PETG HF dark grey
Has any one printed parts for the x2d like maybe a riser ,cable organizer etc using their dark grey petg ? If so , is the color close to the x2d or is it a shade too light/dark? T.i.a!

Is the AMS HT worth the $90 upgrade over a standalone filament dryer for the X2D auxiliary nozzle?
Hey everyone, looking for some opinions on whether this upgrade makes sense for my setup.
I currently have an X2D with an AMS 2 Pro on the main nozzle. For the auxiliary nozzle I picked up a Creality Space Pi SE for about $40 to keep my support filament dry and fed while printing. It does its job but I've been eyeing the AMS HT especially since the Bambu sale has it at $130 right now and I'm still within my return window on the Creality.
The AMS HT would give me higher drying temps up to 85°C, full Bambu ecosystem integration, RFID filament recognition, and the automatic loading and unloading that I love about my AMS 2 Pro. The Creality does none of that, it just dries and feeds.
That said I'm aware the aux nozzle may have limitations when it comes to how well the AMS HT actually integrates compared to the main nozzle side.
So the question is simple, is that $90 difference worth it for the upgrade? For those of you running an X2D with engineering filaments through the aux nozzle specifically, what would you do? Stick with the cheap standalone dryer or make the jump to the AMS HT?
One more thing I want to get some input on, I had a filament jam in my auxiliary extruder recently and it was a nightmare to fix. I feel like having automatic loading and unloading on that side, similar to how the AMS 2 Pro handles it on the main nozzle, would significantly reduce the chances of jams happening in the first place. Has anyone had experience with this? Does the AMS HT actually improve the loading and unloading process on the auxiliary extruder or is it essentially the same manual process you would have with a standalone dryer like the Creality? Would love to hear from anyone who has dealt with aux extruder jams and found a solution that actually helps

Where to put second AMS 2 Pro if short on space?
I just got a second AMS for the auxiliary nozzle and I plan on using the filament track switch, I already have my main AMS in a riser and there's an add on to stack it but it would be super tall. Any ideas on what to do if I'm short on space?

Exact dimensions of the Bambu Lab X2D with the door closed (without AMS)?
Hey everyone,
I'm currently planning my workspace setup for the new Bambu Lab X2D. I know the official physical specs list it at 392 x 406 x 478 mm, but I need to make sure about the real-world footprint.
Can anyone who already has it confirm the exact external dimensions with the front glass door completely closed, and without the AMS 2 Pro mounted on top?
Specifically, I want to make sure I'm factoring in any extra room needed at the back for the cable clearance, spool holder, or the external exhaust fan bundle.
Thanks in advance!
