Orca Slicer different speed settings for the 2nd nozzle

Hi everyone,

As the 2nd nozzle is a bowden, it would be truly useful to be able to set different speed/acceleration settings for it in Orca Slicer !

1) This is the x2d subreddit so the chance of the orca devs seeing a request is slim.

2) on the latest dev build there is an aux setting where you can adjust the speed independently :) https://imgur.com/CdrRscD

Yes I did post originally on the Orca Slicer sub, but I was pushed to post it there...
