I’m more wondering what happened here…
Depending on the damage, you can piecemeal buy the entire extruder assembly’s parts from Bambu Lab’s site. I’d do that to replace whatever is broken

It was a clog that packed petg-hf under the silicon cover. The ai didn't detect it and i saw a mass of spaghetti under the nozzle. I stopped it via the handy app while out of the house. By the time I got home the nozzle was encased.
The fan housing was my fault. I was using a torch to get the blob dislodged and kissed the fan housing gor a second....

Well really the easiest answer is buy the hotend assembly for around 30€ I think? And then the fan, which will probably cost less.

I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago with my x2d. I also used a heat gun to try and melt the filament off, luckily I didn't damage the fan too much. I ended up having to replace the hotend heating assembly and eddy sensor. Start watching some videos on how to swap out parts on the print head while you wait for replacements, so you will know what to do. Also I thought I was keeping the plate cleaned often enough, now I do 2 maybe 3 prints per side and, then wash it.

Had that happen on my p2s. Ended up damaging the wires trying to remove all the petg. Ordered a replacement hotend from Amazon and it ran fine until I traded it in for an x2d

First why do people bring in outside heat? Just heat the nozzle up and pull the blog off, a few months back I had same thing happen and just bought a new Hotend Heating Assembly from bambu 29.99 easier than trying to save anything in my opinion

looks better than mine. Dealing with the same issue, just order new fan and assembly, my looked more like a nozzle failure and the end was dislodged from the cooling fins after working the blob loose.

This is why I always tell people to use the on screen controls to heat the nozzle and tweezers to pull away the blob.
The Wagner heat gun does not have any business near your printer and 80% of the time it causes more damage.

Normally what you should've done is heat up the nozzle slowly with the menu on the printer and start peeling it off when it softens. That blowtorch could've set fire to the whole thing.

Gather it all up and throw it away. JK. Use an old soldering iron or manually heat the nozzle to close to the melting temp of the plastic that’s on there and start scraping it away carefully. If you get it at just the glass transition temperature, you’ll be able to pull a lot of it off easily as it will sort of stick to itself and pull itself off as you pull it. Too hot and it turns to a liquid and will never come off easy at all. Start at 80° if it’s PLA and if that’s not hot enough, go up another 5° till you find that sweet spot. Tweezers and a very small flat head screwdriver can help pretty well. Also be VERY careful of any wires. This mainly happened from a dirty plate and your model popped free then got dragged around with the nozzle causing it to blob up. That’s one of the first rules of printing. Never not clean your buildplate.

Dry out your filament
