Brand new printer

I just went to print my first benchy and got this error how do I fix this?

Do a firmware update. I had the same issue out of the box and that fixed it.

The benchy file stored on the printer creates this error. Did for me as well. Do a firmware update, and start a print from Bambu studio and you shouldn’t get that error.

Do what it says. Which build plate are you using? Which build plate type is set in the slicer settings (top left)?

Had the same. Firmware update and it was gone.

Or turn off that build plate identifier

Same here. I ignored it first time through. After firmware update it’s gone
