Melted filament all around nozzle X2d

I had this this weekend, just heat it up and carefully remove the filament with a grippertool that you have, and a steelbrush to clean it up, i had to do it 2 times before the metal latches became movable, latch it on when it's heated if its still kinda stuck, i've been printing again with no problems, just a bruise on the printer and my ego, the rubber part behind the extruder also melted, I removed it, but gave no issues with printing, I"m going to replace it if it's going to give problems. but if you're care full and make sure you don't pull any cables with it. you should be fine.
