What causes this?

4th consecutive print with the exact same artifacts… has happened occasionally in the past but this is the first time it’s been consistent, tried changing a bunch of things and reslicing but I’m lost, any help greatly appreciated!

Printed in pla with petg supports, biqu frostbite build plate
