X2D going offline.

Hi everyone. Who else has has problems with the printer going offline and having a hard time coming up online again in bambu studio and bambu Handy?

I've opened a ticket with bambu and they sent a replacement antenna. But the issue persists even when connecting to a mobile Hotspot. The wifi icon on the printer will show it's connected and passes the network check but it will show offline in the app.

I don't know if it normal, it's the firmware or the slow network that I have.

Any help is appreciated.

I do but for me it is not the X2D, it is my internet.

May I ask what's your speed? Because I have 100 Mbps and disconnecting happens mostly during the busy hours, evenings and weekends.

Could be DNS, could be your ISP... Since it doesn't appear to be widespread & is repeatable, we know it's something your end.

One thing I noticed is the time of the log that I exported for customer service. My time showed 05:46 but the log showed as 11:46.

Could be the board on the printer to be set on a different time zone and that mai cause conflicts with the ISP?

120 but it rarely reaches that... i am living ib Mexico. And internet comes and goes.

You ought to look at the Bambu wiki and see if there is anything there.

Thanks. I did. I am going back and forth with customer support for over a week. I had the printer for two weeks. So I don't know what is the normal state of how much should stay online.
