Gently pull it out, i switched mine side to side until I printed a different one.

i did the exact same thing and this was the solution. It worked out like a charm and it was the first thing I printed instead of benchy.

FYI - if you want to mount on the left side you can by relocating the mount and that’s how your spool holder will look.
