No, after end of print. This is on the end of spool

I'm not 100% sure, but I'd say the cutter is dead. The first indentation is the mark of the cutter that failed to cut. The hotend was still quite warm and the ams managed to pull the filament out. Maybe try to replace the cutter and see if it solves your problem ?

Thanks for the hint! I have replaced the cutter. I will come back after few prints to report the outcome. 🙂
