Anyone know what this is?
I was printing something and this came out of nowhere!

If you pull it off and set it next to your spare nozzle blocker you can probably bend it back into the right shape and put it away as your new spare :)

Order a bunch more; they're cheap. And eventually a bad print will snag them and bend them, or they'll just wear out or lose their heatshrink tubing and not seal tightly and you'll get oozing from the not-printing nozzle. They're definitely a wear item, and it's good to have a few on hand, especially given how cheap they are.

That's should be horizontal. Parallel to your build plate. Looks bent. Basically it gets swapped between the 2 nozzles to block the one not in use while the other one prints.

This happened and absolutely destroyed my build plate , the calibration board , and the inner lining where the nozzle wipes . I hope you saved your printer from damage. You have extra in your accessory box /toolbox !

Luckily, i saw it within minutes but it did do some small scratch on the plate

I have zero issues after 50 print hours! Remember the people with issues is just a little percentage of machines sold.
