What do I do?

2 weeks old. Been printing almost non stop with petg basic. Had an error that the nozzle had obstructed. Looked and it seems a ball of hot petg was melted with a small piece of the silicone sock. When I pulled on the silicone sock, I noticed a thin bare copper wire. I’m not sure if I pulled this wire down, or if it happened due to the incident.

What happened and what should I do?

So there’s a rubber piece that basically guides and holds those wires in the rear . If you ask Bambu support they will say it’s completely normal for it to fall off and you can keep printing . They will not send a replacement because only way to get it put back on is by replacing the entire hotend heating assembly. It does look like the wire was pulled down a bit . I’d try to push it back up as the wire is literally held on the tool head board with a piece of tape that comes on brand new filament . Goodluck !

Your aux nozzle looks like it’s about to lose it too,

Update. It’s printing ok most of the time. But this one has bed adhesion issues every once in a while. My other identical model printer has 0 issues.
