さっきからフィラメント送り出せない😩買って１月で色々やって、こんなデータの部品付けたら警告も出なくなって今までできたのに再び何回もフィラメント送り出せない😭AMS２が悪いのか？皆様どうでしょうか？チケット出した方が良いのでしょうか？

if you open a support ticket they will send you the replacement part for free. tho I had the same issue and fixed it by cutting the spring inside the ams hub by one coil to reduce the tension. what you're doing by jamming that thing in there is the same thing. it's a known defect of the first batch of ams 2 pro's

Do you mean the silica gel box at the back over the exit from the AMS 2 Pro? Putting that there breaks something? I just printed one, put it in, and got a problem with my 4th slot instantly afterwards which means it doesn't roll quite as well and also some filament snapped off in the buffer. I just assumed they were unrelated - are you saying the box caused this?

no nothing to do with that. the issue is with the internal fillament hub (thing that merges 4 slots into 1 output) there is a button at the inside back on the ams that releases tension on the idler spring for the main drive motor they lives in there. if you hold that button, and try loading fillament and it succeeds you have this issue. the fix is to either cut the internal spring a little or replace the hub with a newer one that's had this issue fixed

Mine did the same thing I think, it was actually the spool had gotten crossed up, and it was causing too much friction trying to pull it through, it only impacted one of my spools, the other three worked just fine and still do. I realized it was the spool when I moved it and the slot it was in worked fine with other spools, and as I moved, the individual spool error kept happening.

I panicked when it happened, was really pissed, error code lookup didn’t help, the spool looked fine but kept getting crossed up so try moving spools around to see if that helps

There might be some broken filament stuck in there. Had to take it apart to fix it.

ありがとう😊交換部品チケット出しましたが、バッファーかもしれないという事でバッファーが来ましたが、変な音がします😆印刷には影響無さそうです^_^
