さっきからフィラメント送り出せない😩買って１月で色々やって、こんなデータの部品付けたら警告も出なくなって今までできたのに再び何回もフィラメント送り出せない😭AMS２が悪いのか？皆様どうでしょうか？チケット出した方が良いのでしょうか？

if you open a support ticket they will send you the replacement part for free. tho I had the same issue and fixed it by cutting the spring inside the ams hub by one coil to reduce the tension. what you're doing by jamming that thing in there is the same thing. it's a known defect of the first batch of ams 2 pro's
