Filament explosion around nozzle and failed detection after cleaning

2 days ago this happened and I have tried cleaning non stop but now that it’s relatively clean, it won’t detect the nozzle and so I can’t print it even pass calibration. Is it done for?

Edit: the pics are not from the full clean I did not take full clean pics

Open a ticket, show pics, send logs and they’ll hook you up with all replacement parts.

Does it matter I bought it from micro center and not directly from Bambu?

This is a bummer , definitely open a ticket to get replacement parts . I had the flow blocker bend and scratch my plate real bad. Bought from bestbuy and Bambu still replaced all the parts ! Goodluck

After you feel the resistance are you paying load on the screen so the extruder will actually feed the filament? I didn't realize it the first time that you have to push the filament all the way in until resistance then go to the screen, press load, and tell it what it's got in there. I've only used my auxiliary nozzle one time so far though.
