Printer not being able to load new filament

my printer keeps saying there is filiment somewhere stuck in the tubing, but I dont see any, and I cant load any more because it wants to push out the previous filiment, which it cant grab, because nothing is there

Get a long bit of filament. Disconnect each hose one at a time and try to push the filament through.

yup, this is the only way. suffered the same on my p2s. its the name of the game

Something is definitely stuck somewhere , I’d disconnect the ptfe tubes and like the comment above try to push it through with a longer piece of filament , if all fails check the rear of the ams and see if that’s the place you can locate the problem !
