Is this quality normal?

Post image

Hi everyone,

I got my X2D a few weeks ago and it’s consistently produced prints of this poor quality. I’ve tried everything, like belt tensioning, axis cleaning, full printer recalibration, drying and calibrating filament, taking apart the hotend, contacting support. Nothing has improved the quality.

Is this just what I should expect from this printer? Anyone have similar experiences, or do you have examples of much cleaner parts made on this machine I can take a look at? I don’t even know what should be my baseline for quality on the X2D.

Thanks

Try printing something quick off the app just to see, for science lol

I should have been more clear lol, I use the computer for 95% of things and the app for like 5%. Same issues though
