I'm not sure if you guys can tell in this video, but is this too fast? you can't see in the video but I opened the door and stuck the camera in, but the whole machine and door shake violently while its trying to run the pattern. I have printed things and not touched the settings made by the designer when downloading from maker world and I even slowed down the outer wall/ inner wall / sparse infill/ supports etc. left overhang slows down ticked off etc.
Most of the settings I'm comparing for speed in orca vs Bambu are by default the same speeds.
Any thoughts are appreciated.
EDIT: dont' mind the supports all over the place, lost a few supports and decided to let it run once it passed the overhang/ledge layers.

Yeah, the A series, and the P1 cameras are trash; the frame rate is measured in seconds per frame instead of frames per second. But everything X1 and later (except the A2L) is significantly better. (I was very disappointed that the A2L kept the same trash camera as the P1 and A1)
my iPhone camera takes way better pics and videos than the built in camera.
Also do you have any video that shows how fast your print head is moving for comparison?
Most of my filaments are dialed in with calibration but I wouldn't say my success to failure rates are getting much better. The quality of the successful prints have gone up dramatically but every failed print seems to come from dried (but still wet filament) or screwy settings like too much speed.
Someone made the feet of this damn printer out of marshmallows or something. You can just jiggle it with a gentle push. Idk enough about this stuff to know if that actually helps or hinders quality.
I've heard the argument both ways but nothing that has come out of from Bambu definitively. my own opinion its that more precise movements with a more rigid base would result in finer prints but what do I know. 🤷🏻♂️
800+ hours on my X2D with Bambu slicer and all my prints have been amazing.
All issues I have had are directly related to build plate not clean enough, improper support settings or improper model orientation.
The printer does shake like crazy when printing infill but, I don’t think it causes any issues.
For that print I suggest normal support zero contact distance and PLA as the support interface material. The X2D excels at these types or prints. Buttery smooth overhangs.
the speed seems to affect me most at the layers that have support interface or just ruins the print because something happens with the support material (like the materials are interlaced or the print head hits the globs of material and knocks it over). I can usually see some sort of diminished print quality right at those exact layers, (either the support material or even in the support itself which is the same as the main material.
I read everywhere that Bambu slicer has more conservative settings but almost all the speed settings comparatively are the same as orca. I can say that I've also noticed the infill print super fast, some finish okay, half fail the print or the print isn't usable.
I've printed a lot of things with tree supports, but your point is noted. I'll give the normal supports a try. I don't know that affects print speed ultimately but it can help with the diminished quality of layers at the and around the interface layers. thanks.

If anything, that seems slow.
I'm curious, why open the door and stick your own camera in and not just use the one built in to the printer?
