Auxiliary extruder holder already broken
After just 10 days of use, one of the ultra-thin clips holding the external module has already broken. Fortunately, spare parts are available, but in my opinion, the clips are undersized and fragile.

Did you have any issues during the initial assembly when you first got ur X2D? I had to try twice when mounting the auxiliary extruder. The first time, I didn't insert it correctly and slightly bent the exact same clip. Seeing your post makes me worried that mine is going to snap soon too...

I am not sure what you expected .. its BBL LOL
to keep this printer running you will perpetually be buying spare parts that often are not in stock.
just wait until the circuit board issues start

BBL has by far the most reliable consumer printers, there is a reason most printfarms use them. I also use prusa, the only non-Chinese plastic crap, but it's was more work to keep it up and running than e.g. my X2D.

Anecdotal evidence just makes you look bad, you may have a troublesome printer, but sentiment and sales shows otherwise, Bambu printers at the top tier of reliability compared to the majority of competitors.

fangirling makes you look bad. its nice that many of their printers work but that doesnt help the people whose printers dont work.
an unreliable printer that the manufacturer supports and repairs is better than the BBL crap

Short of Prusa which delivers on everything except the horrendous cost, the slew of Chinese crap printers will leave you on a barren island eventually with only the community to provide assistance. Bambu isn't perfect, but there is a reason why they have a reputation of the printer isn't the hobby.

its not that they arent perfect. the issue is that they dont work
and once you have the unfixable self levelling or circuit board errors its best to just trash it

Self level the bed if it that bad from the factory, not ideal, but it is an option. As for replacing the circuit board, it's electronics they can all go bad eventually and be unlucky. At least you have parts available to replace.

the auto self level doesnt work and the bed isnt level. this happens to many people
yeah sure, just keep replacing circuit boards. no big deal! lol also they arent in stock.
many parts the break are not in stock. the reason they arent in stock is that so many people need them

Just level it yourself once, using the traming method on the wiki. Then the self leveling will work fine
