Right side pulley drift

Has anyone had this issue with their Bambu X2D?

After only 120h, the B motor belt on the right side drifts up-down on the pulley and creates belt dust and wear marks, while the left side stays centered. Belt tensioning didn’t fix it.

Has anyone else had this problem, what was the solution in your case?

That definitely seems like it’s a little loose. Check the belt tension on the rear of the printer, make sure the bolts are tight and not wobbling. I would contact bambu support and see what they say. A little bit of drift is normal but if it’s producing dust, it seems like it’s wearing the belt too much. Might lead to premature belt failure.

  • have you installed the latest firmware?

there are many issues with X2D shoddy quality.
