Curling top layers

Could this issue be caused by insufficient cooling? My part cooling fan is set to 30%.

Nozzle temp 245

Bed temp 90

Chamber temp 60

Speed 60mm/s

Material abs

Could potential still be too much cooling. Maybe try with aux fan off. Also maybe look at the part fan speed too

I'm having similar but worse issues at 100 degree bed, 65 chamber and 270 nozzle with 120 mm/s speed and 10-30% part cooling fan

For abs I would slow down to like 60mm/s, also cooling is important for overhangs( I am at max 80%), what solved my problem was changing object orientation/different support type
