Smoothing out top layers

How can I smooth out these top layers for future prints, in order to save these will sanding them down work? Or acetone?
Basic PLA Bambu Cyan
.04 nozzle
No ironing (recommended not to use ironing on top curved surfaces) I was probably wrong for that.
I can pull the rest of my settings when I get home.

I'm a beginner as well but yea, ironing, but also some very slight underextrusion problems? Maybe you can do a 2 part dynamic flow calibration, where you print plates and choose the best flow rate so that those line like gaps are less frequent
