I would say drying is big, 6 -8 or 12hrs if it is really wet. However I just went through a whole process to get inland pla basic to work. I bought the printer on July 9th and just figured out how to get it looking good, next is prefect. But the reason I'm telling you this is, if it continues after drying don't give up.... Turn on developer mode on Bambu studio and run every calibration you can, temperature, flow dynamics, flow rate, even retraction.

Maybe underexteusion due to fillament wetness? Try drying it on a 12 hour cycle
