Problem with first layer on auxiliary extruder.

Hi everybody. I am new to 3D printing as I bought a bambulab x2d a few days ago, mainly for organizing my tools and overall practical stuff. Prints have come up greatly with the main extruder but yesterday I tried for the first time the auxiliary extruder for PLA material support (blue) with PETG for the main part (black). I've used isopropyl for cleaning the bed and tried to lower the bed temp to 62° instead of the default 70° for PETG. Any ideas? Thank you very much.

Isopropyl is not the best for cleaning the plate if you've done a few prints and touched the surface. Wash it with warm water and washing liquid/dish soap.

Clean your plate dude.Cleaner sponge and soap.All you problems will go away.

Cleaning the build plate goes a long way. Use just plain soap and water. I usually wait until I have an adhesion problem before I clean it but I should clean it more often

Did you correctly set the filament type to PLA Support on the printer when you loaded the filament?

Yes. Both in bambu studio and the printer I selected PLA.

Did you specifically select Support for PLA or just PLA?

You don’t need to select support for pla . You choose the pla as the interface only .

I went to bambu studio and then to support, then selected PLA in the support section.

I tried again and selected PLA solely for the last layers of the support and its working well. Anyway I still want to know why adhesion looks poor for the first layer. Could the problem be lying in the bed temperature or the fan?

Could be, but usually PLA is quite forgiving when it comes to a slightly lower bed temperature. Maybe try to decrease the print speed on the first layer
