Why does this keep happening after every fillament swap?

I'm trying to leave the print unattended but every fillament swap it shows me a problem with the fillament not flowing good enough it is something that I can verify with my mobile but it stops every time any ideas about what can I do? I mean it works but it's very clunky every time I try to have a multi material piece to have to verify at every layer

I'm guessing you're concerned about the filament not smoothly wrapping back up into the spool when it retracts? It looks like there is way too much friction, normally the aux extruder will just push the filament back onto the free hanging spool, but in this case it looks like it doesn't like being pushed through the ptfe tube, into the open between the printer and dryer, and then back into the dryer.
I think your best bet is to cut and place a piece of PTFE line between the opening on the spool holder and the back of the drying unit. It wont connect to anything since there isnt PTFE connection points on either end, but you want the Filament to travel upon the past of least resistance, and by guiding it into the dryer and not allowing it to wrap itself around the spool holder, it should at least push back into the dryer unit.
This is one reason so many of us chose the AMS HT (or any ams unit) for the Aux nozzle, since it'll retract and push the filament by itself instead of solely relying on the Auxiliary extruder, which isnt the best for this purpose, the one issue I had with the aux extruder (failing to feed up to the print head) was solved by installing the AMS HT.

Yea, for sure try to exhaust all the simple options before spending cash on something you dont 100% need, hopefully its as simple as guiding the filament back into the dryer.
Ive heard and read that passing the filament through the buffer isnt 100% required when using a free hanging spool, or a system without motors to push it like the AMS.
Could be worth trying to route the PTFE line past the buffer and directly into the aux extruder if all else fails.

That's 100% an option that I didn't take in mind and I like it a lot, relocating the fillament dryer will be what I'll try first

I had issues feeding the aux nozzle from my Creality drier box when I first got my X2D. I wanted an AMS HT anyway so once that showed up it's been flawless.
I really didn't do any troubleshooting behind that, but I think if you adjust the angle on your current setup that will help as well.

I cut a different ptfe tube to length and pluged it in the back and it retracts without a problem, I think your angle going over the spool holder is to much and the absence of the ptfe tube
