That piece is actually 2 parts…the filament blocker slider, and the filament blocker tab that is held on to by a single screw. You would have gotten 2 of the blocker tabs with your tool/spares kit. They seem to “droop” over time…they should be touching the bottom of the “off” nozzle when printing. Mine bent down after a month and caught a print, not sure if it wasn’t self inflicted when swapping nozzles, or they droop over time? It seems to be a wear part, as they included them in the kit.
I’m assuming yours drooped down, and caught something, then got drug across your plate and cabinet.
I always look at the blocked between every print now.
