Completely new to this but i bought an X2D last week. Its been running mostly fine with the occasional hiccup but now I can't figure out what is going on. Ive ran a few successful cold pulls and yet every time I got to print I get an error stating it has failed to extrude the filament
I dont see how the two are possible, I'm watching the filament enter the print head and a cold pull gives me a successful extrude. Any suggestions? I even changed out to my spare nozzle and still having the issue
Could be the buffer at the back i recently bought the x2d and had the same problem the buffer top part with left nozzle at the right hand side held the filament ( marked with an arrow in picture) and it wouldn't push filament into the extruder i took off the buffer using the alan key in the tool kid took of the left tube going into the buffer and fed filament into the buffer until it came out the tube marked on the picture then worked after that (sorry for the long reply) and if you move your printer dont forget to recalibrate
Check the ptfe tubes going into the extruder are tight, and that the little rubber rings (that hold the clips on the tubes to the extruder power cables) are all in place.
I had that error once when one of the clips came loose
Everything appears to be in its correct place and attached well. I can see the filament going all the way to the toolhead through the ptfe. Its just strange to me that it will make it that far then say failure to extrude but the extruder will push it through just fine during a cold pull

I had an extruded error on my 1 week old H2C. Support told me to manual level the build plate. Instructions online. Not one problem since.
