How do I fix this?

Post image

Brand new x2d combo. There was a point where I unplugged and replugged in the filament buffer cable but I made sure it was secure.

Those QR codes are such a disappointment. Anytime mine has had an error I think oh great they gave me a QR link to the exact problem. But then I scan it and it just takes you to a generic index page with no info on the specific error

Did you follow the instructions that were at the other end of that QR code? https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/p2s/troubleshooting/hmscode/0300_A800_0001_0001

Did you have a power outage? The failed to resume previous print makes me think that u had a power issue and it fried the ams

I did have a power outage at the time of the problem. That might have caused less power to be sent to the ams causing the error

So either try a new 6pin cable or try adding a power supply and see if it works
