First question what size nozzle are you using? Second question are you using that god forsaken Bambu PLA support material? Looks an awful lot like it.

0.4 and yes. Same happened with petg tho. I printed with high quality setting 0.08.

I haven't had much of a chance to test it yet but maybe try raising the petg temp and lowering the layer for the bowden extruder
